At Luminous Luxe Hair, we proudly offer reliable shipping from Monday to Friday. Please note that express and Saturday deliveries are currently unavailable. All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, including handling and packaging time.

Your order will be shipped via PostNL. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery in real-time.

Missed your delivery? No worries — PostNL will automatically schedule a second attempt. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your package will be taken to the nearest PostNL pickup location, where you’ll have 7 days to collect it.
